One of the pillars of El Lago’s carefully selected gastronomic offer is the search for sustainability and the best products of the land, to which, by applying the most appropriate preparation techniques, they turn them into delicious morsels with very different textures and flavours, managing to transmit the best of their roots. Sazón menu offered by El Lago is based on the creativity of the kitchen team with KM as inspiration.
The tasting menu offered at El Lago is a journey through the best seasonal and local products with a large vegetable base. An innovative proposal that includes original dishes that change according to the season.
In addition to the Sazón Menu we present the “Terrá” Menu. A dynamic and vegetarian menu, which reflects our commitment and our philosophy to local products. A menu that changes every week depending on what is available in the “lonjas” of Coín, Nerja or Marbella.

Our restaurant has a large and bright dining room overlooking the lake where coexist two gastronomic offers, whose hallmark is the KM 0 as inspiration, technique and creativity of our chef.
