Our cellar is one of the gastronomic pillars on which we rely to remain faithful to our KM 0 philosophy.

We have a wide range of Andalusian wines that bring us even closer to our way of working the raw material that Andalusia offers us, with our heart beating for our land and of course with an eye also on the various DOs that surround us in Spain.

All this is possible thanks to the winegrowers and small wineries that surround us, but above all to the great commitment of our sommelier Jose Gómez to transmit the soul of his land to all our customers and to lead the wine project at the head of our restaurant.
